Having been born and raised in the Cincinnati area, from a very early age I acquired a taste for Mock Turtle soup. Now at age 78, I (and my wife) continue to enjoy a great bowl of MTS. RE my last purchase, when we opened the case of 12 we discovered that 7 of the 12 can were dented. I contacted Cincinnati Specialties to inform them of this. The young man I spoke with expressed sincere appreciation for me calling to let them know. He shared with me that "they will treat me well", which he did. It is times like these that bring the "true colors" out of individuals and companies. He shared with me that they will promptly contact the packing organization and highly recommend that they determine a far better to "pack" the cases of 12 cans. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the young man - - reflecting the true "customer service orientation" of the Cincinnati Specialties Team. My wife and I will continue to be "life-long" Cincinnati Specialties customers and will continue to make periodic purchases of Worthmore Mock Turtle soup. The soup is delicious, then again, it always is. But the shipping left a lot to be desired. And, although there was no leakage, every one of the 12 cans was very badly dented.

My husband is from Kentucky but we live in Chicago so we can't find this soup in stores. He was very happy with the order! Good price and fast delivery! We will definitely buy it again!
