I'm very impressed with your business! I ordered the Grippos plain chips, but was erroneously sent the BBQ chips which are way too spicy for our taste buds. When I called to notify Cincinnati Specialties, I talked to Theresa, who told me to keep the BBQ chips, and that they would send me my correct order right away. Two days later, my correct order arrived at my door today! Since we aren't fans of the BBQ chip variety, I posted a notice on our Nextdoor Neighbor app/site offering free bags to anyone interested. Within a few hours, all but one bag was claimed. Some of our neighbors left us rolls of toilet paper in appreciation. Thank you again for correcting my order. You will continue to receive my business in the future!
