    The chili is terrific. The shipping was crap. It took three of four extra days to get here. But, that's not your fault. The USPS has become a joke under Louis DeJoy.

    I first time I ate Cincinnati Chili was in the late 80's while visiting my daughter. When I returned to Arizona, I found your packets on line and ordered a dozen. I found the flavor very nice. Enough of a bite to taste good and the other flavors tantalizing. I had missed the taste and recently decided that I needed to see if it was available. I then ordered another dozen packets. Needless to say, I have shared some of it with friends who all like it very much.

    The product is the same product I have been using for years, so I have nothing but good things to say. And your time for getting the product to me was wonderful!!!!! However, since you asked, one of the packets came pierced through by the corner of another packet. Minimum product was lost, so I didn't think it was worth complaining about. Maybe a little packaging to keep the packets from moving too much would help. thank you.
